Snowy Mince Pie Bliss Balls

With an extra hit of protein from Clean Lean Protein Smooth Vanilla, you will definitely need to hide these snowy bliss balls from your work mates!

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Clean Lean Protein Smooth Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup mixed dried dates, sultanas and apples
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon rind
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1-2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 heaped Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg and mixed spice
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut (for rolling)

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients except the desiccated coconut in a blender until mixture is smooth.
  2. Roll into balls of your desired size and roll in the desiccated coconut.
  3. Set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, remove from fridge, eat and enjoy!
  4. Keep stored in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to seven days.
