  1. Pricing


All our prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD), including GST (Goods and Services Tax). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.


  1. Shipping info


Throughout New Zealand, we use CourierPost and Aramax to deliver our products. We want your parcel to get to you safely and quickly.


Depending on the time of day that you submit your order, we aim to have your order delivered to you within 1-2 working days. For South Island and rural deliveries, add an extra day to delivery times.


We charge a flat fee depending on where in New Zealand you live:


Auckland $4.50NZD


North Island $6.50NZD


South Island $9.50NZD


For all orders over $80 you will receive free shipping on us.


International Shipping:


From the website, we do not ship outside of New Zealand. Nuzest sells goods worldwide via a global network of e-commerce sites. If you are shopping from outside New Zealand, please use the ‘Region selects’ link at the top right of this page or visit to find your nearest distributor.


All our orders are delivered through Signature Required courier deliveries, this is why we recommend you give a shipping address where someone is expected to be during the working day. If no one is at the address when the courier calls, a calling card will be left and you will need to arrange a time with the courier for drop off, or you can collect it from the depot.


When you order with us, you can state instructions for the courier to leave the parcel somewhere on your property. However, please note that you do this at your own risk and there is no way to claim your goods should they not arrive, or arrive in an unsuitable condition.


Standard delivery time frames are between 2-5 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Sometimes for various reasons that are out of our control you may receive goods that are damaged or faulty.


If you are not satisfied with any purchase, please get in touch. Email all order issues and photos to:, with a photo and brief description with what the issue may be and we will exchange it, replace it, or refund you. Hold on to the goods until we can identity and rectify any issues.

6.Monthly Subscription


By purchasing a monthly subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription Fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy. First order on subscription is 20% off. All recurring orders thereafter are 20% off.


BILLING: Subscriptions Automatically Renew Until You Cancel


CANCELLATION: You can cancel your subscription via our website by logging in to your Nuzest account. When cancelling your subscription, you must do so before it renews to avoid the billing of the fees for the next Subscription period.
