Random Acts of Kindness Day – Full Refund Promotion Terms & Conditions (New Zealand)

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Nuzest New Zealand Ltd (NZBN 9429031710251) of 51 Paul Matthews Road, Rosedale.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Excludes USA and EU residents.
2.3 Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 12:00am (NZDT/NZST) on 17 February 2026 to 11:59pm (NZDT/NZST) on 17 February 2026.

4. Entry

4.1 Place an order on the official New Zealand website during the Promotion Period.
4.2 Each completed and paid order receives one automatic entry.

5. Prize

5.1 There will be two (2) winners in New Zealand.
5.2 Each winner will receive a refund of their qualifying order.
5.3 The maximum refund per winning order is NZD $500.
5.4 Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

6. Draw & Notification

6.1 Winners will be selected at random within 7 days of the closing date.
6.2 Winners will be notified via email.
6.3 If unclaimed within 14 days, a redraw may occur.

7. Fair Trading

This promotion is subject to the Fair Trading Act 1986.

8. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion where necessary.
