I have digestive issues from H pylori Which includes severe constipation, I’ve tried Every Probiotic I could get my hands on some medical grade. None of them work Until I found these liquid type probiotics, As long as I take a tablespoon twice a day I’m normal.

I just Take a shot of it undiluted

Inner Biome Blend is easy to drink in a glass of water

I recommend Inner Biome Blend-It's easy-to use, I have a sensitive gut but have had no issues with adding this to my daily routine. I just use a little plastic medicine cup then add the 25ml of Inner Biome blend to my glass of 250ml of water and I have quickly made it a habit. I started with berry Inner Biome Blend as thought it would be the most palatable, and I am going to get ginger as well when I order more today.
