INGREDIENTS:
For the Smoothie:
1 cup frozen (pre-cooked) sweet potato
Handful of frozen (raw) zucchini
4–5 frozen cherries
7 oz. plain vegan yogurt
2 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
1 tbsp yacon syrup
1 serving of collagen
For the Protein “Nut Butter”:
1/2 serving of Probiotic Vanilla Digestive Support Protein
Water
1 tbsp of organic SunButter
METHOD:
For the Smoothie:
1. Blend smoothie ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
For the Protein “Nut Butter”:
1. Mix Probiotic Vanilla Digestive Support Protein with droplets of water until it reaches an “oatmeal” consistency. 2. Next, mix in SunButter until well-incorporated
