Wild Strawberry Overnight Oats

Super healthy and delicious take on regular old oats. Made with Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein.

Ingredients

1 Cup Oats

250ml Coconut Milk

1 Serve Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein

2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

1 Apple (grated)

1/2 Cup Coconut Yoghurt

2 Tbsp Honey (or Maple Syrup for Vegan version)

½ tsp Cinnamon

To Serve:

Fresh Strawberries

Spice up your breakfast with this delicious Wild Strawberry Overnight Oats! So many flavours to fill you up for the morning and set you on a path for success! Made using Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein so you feel fuller for longer. Recipe by Kerry Locatelli.

Method

Blend the Coconut Milk, Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein, Honey, Cinnamon, and Lemon Juice together. 

Pour this mixture over the Oats. 

Add the Coconut Yoghurt and grated Apple. 

Mix well and put in the fridge overnight. 

Serve with Fresh Strawberries and Coconut Yoghurt.
