World Health Day Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 1 Cup Frozen zucchini (peeled) 
  • 1 Pear (whole large)
  • 2/3 Cup Coconut yogurt or Greek yoghurt 
  • 2.5 Cups Ice cold coconut water
  • 3 Scoops Nuzest Clean Lean Rich Chocolate Protein
  • 2 Scoops Nuzest Good Green Vitality
  • 2-3 tbsp Hempseeds or sesame seeds

To your high speed blender, add all the ingredient. Blend until a smooth creamy consistency.

Optional, spread some hazelnut butter or almond butter inside the glasses before pouring your smoothie. Creating a delicious high protein, high fibre breakfast.
