Ingredients
Chia porridge base:
- 1 Cup nut milk
- 1/2 Cup chopped dragon fruit (fresh)
- 2.5 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Serving Nuzest Kids Good Stuff Wild Strawberry
- 1 tsp Maple syrup
Toppings:
- Coconut yoghurt
- Fresh strawberries
- Dehydrated blueberries
- Drizzle of nut butter or maple syrup
To your high speed blender, add the dragonfruit and nut milk. Blend until even.
Pour the "pink milk" into a medium size overnight jar, add your chia seeds, Nuzest Kids Good Stuff, maple syrup and mix well.
Cover and place in the fridge overnight. If you find the mixture to firm the next morning just add a little more nut milk. Add your favourite toppings and enjoy.
This is a meal on its own, high in fibre and full of nutrients
