Banana & Rich Chocolate Smoothie
A treat for chocolate lovers. High in protein, potassium and antioxidants, this delicious smoothie is perfect to help your body recover after exercise.

Ingredients:
1 large banana
150g low fat yoghurt
½ cup low fat milk or rice milk
3 ice cubes
1 serve Nuzest Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender, blend on high speed until smooth.
