Like this Coconut Mousse, packed with vitamins, minerals, probiotics, fruit and veg... and they wouldn't even know the difference. Thank goodness for Kids Good Stuff right! This delicious recipe is made using Kids Good Stuff Rich Chocolate, for an extra chocolate kick you could add some cocao. Give it a try and see if your little ones notice the difference.
400ml can of coconut whipping cream
2 scoops Rich Chocolate Kids Good Stuff
1 punnet fresh berries
2 Tbsp shredded coconut
Pour the can of coconut whipping cream and Rich Chocolate Kids Good Stuff into a bowl and whip until firm peaks form.
Layer a glass jar or bowl with the coconut mousse and fresh berries.
Top with shredded coconut and serve.
