Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mashed pumpkin
- 100g Silken Tofu
- 3 tbsp Chai Turmeric Clean Lean Protein or Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice or cinnamon
Toppings
- 1 proteinbar
- granola
- fresh apples
- blueberries
Method
Simply stir all ingredients together, place in a bowl. Decorate with your toppings of choice.
