Ingredients
3/4 cup mashed pumpkin
100g Silken Tofu
3 tbsp Chai Turmeric Clean Lean Protein or Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
1 tsp pumpkin spice or cinnamon
Toppings
1 proteinbar
granola
fresh apples
blueberries
MethodSimply stir all ingredients together, place in a bowl. Decorate with your toppings of choice.
