Treat your taste buds to this creamy, delicious, and highly nutritious mango macadamia nut smoothie. The added coconut extract is a must and coconut water is a great substitute for water after a workout because it's been found to offer the same hydration as leading sports drinks. Enjoy!
2 medium mangos, peeled and pitted
½ raw macadamia nuts (soaked for 1 hour)
1 tsp honey or sweetner
1 Tbsp natural yoghurt
1 Tbsp shredded coconut
1 cup coconut water
2 scoop Just Natural Clean Lean Protein
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
