Calcium Rich Tahini Kale Smoothie
This delicious smoothie is perfect for those people who have intolerances to dairy because tahini and kale are both great sources of plant-based calcium.
This smoothie highlights our favourite superfood - kale. This leafy green is a great low-calorie source of fiber, calcium, and iron. Sweetened with banana, this dairy-free smoothie is a fantastic mix and a healthy snack!
1 banana (peeled and frozen)
1 cup rice milk
1-2 large kale leaves
1 Tbsp tahini
½ Tbsp maple syrup or sweetner
Pinch of five spice mix
2 scoops Real Coffee Clean Lean Protein
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
