Matcha Mousse Bowl

Serves: 1 Topped with cookies & granola Ingredients 1 cup yogurt of choice 1/4 tsp, 1/2 tsp, 1 tsp Matcha powder 3 tbsp Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein 1 scoop Good Green Vitality Toppings Fresh Blueberries Fresh Strawberries Cacao Granola Chocolate Coated Chickpeas Method Mix yogurt with protein powder then layer half of the yogurt onto the base of a bowl. Add in 1/4 tsp matcha and green powder (if using) and pour directly on top, flatten with a spoon. Repeat the same but with more matcha and green powder for darker colours.
