Daily Immunity Smoothie
What takes 5 minutes and can help boost your immune system daily? This smoothie can! This smoothie will leave you feeling energised and ready to take on the day!
- 1 ½ cup coconut water
- ½ cup frozen spinach
- ½ cup frozen mango
- ¼ cup frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop Good Green Vitality (or ½ scoop for kids)
- 2 scoops Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Pinch of cinnamon
Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and process until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
