Sweet and gooey cookie, here topped with blackstrap molasses, granola, fresh berries and kiwi fruit.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp Chai spice
- 3 tbsp Clean Lean Protein of choice
- 1 tsp flaxmeal
- 1/4 warm almond milk
- 1 tsp sweetener of choice
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl then form into one round cookie shape. Bake at 170C for 15mins or until firm to touch.
