Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 3 Medjool dates (soaked in warm water before blending)
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 serve Nuzest Good Green Vitality
- ½ cup coconut cream
Method
- Using a high-powered food processor, add your avocado, dates, cacao powder, maple syrup and coconut cream to the bowl and blend until combined.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl, add your Nuzest Good Green Vitality and blend again until combined.
- Scoop out and serve in a small bowl or glass jar with a scoop of coconut yoghurt and some berries, or a sprinkling of nuts and seeds.
