Ingredients
2 cups Almond Meal
3/4 cup Quinoa Flour
3 Overripe Bananas, mashed
3 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup Natvia
1 tbs Ground Cinnamon
1/2 cup Nuzest Vanilla Protein
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a loaf/bread tin with baking paper.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until combined.
3. Pour into prepared tray and top with sliced banana (I sliced my banana in half longways) and bake for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through and golden. Allow to cool on a wire rack before slicing.
