Berry Power Smoothie

A healthy power smoothie to help fuel a busy day.
Full of probiotics, fibre and antioxidants to support your digestive system. Mix it up with seasonal berries or other fruits you happen to have on hand.
Ingredients
1 cup mixed frozen berries
1 Tbsp probiotics (Vita Biosa)
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp coconut oil
Almond milk or water to desired consistency
¼ cup yoghurt
Ice cubes (to temperature liking)
2 scoops Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein
Method
Place all ingredients into blender, blend on high until smooth.
