Banana & Chia Seed Smoothie
An easy-to-prepare banana smoothie with the added benefit of LSA or Chia seeds
Quick and easy to make recipe full of fiber, omega-3s, and protein. Chia seeds are super nourishing and collagen-building. They are also known for their hydrating properties making them great pre-and-post-workout.
Milk of choice to desired consistency
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 scoops any flavour Clean Lean Protein
Place all ingredients into blender, blend on high.
