Hot Chai Oats With Fruit Caramel

Serves: 1 Topped with fruit caramel, nuts and fresh blueberries Ingredients Oats 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/2 cup water + 1 tsp loose leaf Chai Tea 1/2 cup almond milk Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein or Just Natural Clean Lean Protein Ingredients Fruit Caramel 3 tbsp applesauce or purée 2 tsp tahini Method Combine all ingredients and cook in a saucepan until desired consistency, then stir in protein. Set aside. Over low heat, mix apple sauce and tahini and stir until smooth. Serve oats in a bowl and pour over the fruit caramel. Decorate with toppings of choice. Enjoy!
