Topped with cookies & granola
Ingredients
- 2 big handfuls baby spinach
- 1 medium apple, reserve some for topping
- 1 tsp Ginger powder
- 1 scoop Good Green Vitality
- Optional scoop of protein
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup liquid of choice (nut milk or kombucha)
Method
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz. Serve into bowl and decorate with your toppings of choice.
