Topped with cookies & granola
Ingredients
2 big handfuls baby spinach
1 medium apple, reserve some for topping
1 tsp Ginger powder
1 scoop Good Green Vitality
Optional scoop of protein
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1/2 cup liquid of choice (nut milk or kombucha)
Method
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blitz. Serve into bowl and decorate with your toppings of choice.
