Super Green Smoothie

  • Large handful of ice
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 10ml flaxseed oil
  • 2 handful of greens (kale, spinach, silverbeet)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 serve of Goood Green Stuff
  • 1 serve Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein
  • 1/2 teaspoon tumeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder (optional)
  • Desired toppings -activated pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, goji berries


Blend together with liquids and ice first going into blender, then add remaining ingredients. Then top with desired toppings.
