Liv from Liv’s Apothecary has created these delicious, I repeat, DELICIOUS salted caramel protein balls using Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Smooth Vanilla.

Ingredients

  • 50g Clean Lean Protein Smooth Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Raw Cashews
  • 1/2 Cup Desiccated Coconut
  • 15 Pitted Medjool Dates
  • 3 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 Pinches Salt
  • Extra desiccated coconut for rolling

Method

Mix protein, cashews, coconut, dates, maple syrup and salt in a blender or food processor.

Roll into bite size balls.

Roll in coconut.

Store in the fridge
