Nut Free Protein Balls



  • 4 medjool dates, pips removed and soaked in boiling water for 5 minutes, drained
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 Tpsn maple syrup
  • 2 Tpsn cacao powder
  • ¼ cup Nuzest Clean Lean Protein in Rich Chocolate
  • ½ cup coconut oil, melted


Combine everything in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Form into balls using damp hands. Chill until set in the fridge, at least one hour. Store in the fridge
