Mini raw ‘Kids Good Stuff’ Cheesecakes



  • 100g fresh pitted dates
  • 150g raw cashews
  • 2 tbsp. raw cacao powder
  • 3 scoops of Nuzest Kids Good Stuff
  • 1 tbsp. Tanna Farms Coconut Oil
  • 200g raw cashews (soaked overnight)
  • 150ml coconut cream
  • 25g (one bunch) fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup or your choice of sweetner
  • 1 heaped scoop of Nuzest Kids Good Stuff


Soak the Pitted Dates in boiled water for 5 minutes. Once softened drain the water and combine base ingredients in a food processor. Process for 2-3 minutes or until mixture starts to stick. Press into a mini cupcake tin with the back of a wet spoon and place in freezer for 45 minutes. To make the filling combine all ingredients in the processor and process until thoroughly combined. Pour over the bases and flatten with the back of a spoon. Place in freezer to set for 3 hours.

Optional: melt dark chocoate and drizzle to decorate the top
