Lemon Energy Balls

Deeelish lemon and cashew nut energy balls you won’t be able to keep your hands off. Loaded with goodness and a refreshing hit of lemon.

  • 1 heaped scoop Clean Lean Protein Smooth Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut, plus more for rolling
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • Zest of one large lemon


Using a blender, or food processor, blend the almonds, cashew nuts, coconut, sea salt and Clean Lean Protein into a fine crumb.

Add the almond butter, dates, lemon zest, lemon juice and vanilla extract. Pulse to combine.

Take a tablespoon of the mixture roll it into balls and then coat in coconut.

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze up to 4 weeks.
