- 3 frozen bananas (or as many as you like but at least 2)
- Handful of frozen mango
- 1 scoop Nuzest Clean Lean Protein in Smooth Vanilla
- 10g Nuzest Good Green Stuff (1 serve)
Plant based milk/fruit juice or a combination of both to blend. Top with chopped fruit, coconut, chia seeds, raw nuts, seeds and dried fruit.
