Ingredients

  • 2 heaped scoops Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Functional Flavours Coffee Coconut MCT's
  • 1 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup raw nuts (mixed)
  • 2 Tbsp Tanna Farms Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup water

Method

Blend coconut, nuts, protein and salt together until they form fine crumbs.

Add coconut oil while blending. Slowly add water until the mixture becomes cookie-dough like.

Roll into balls or press into a lined square container, store in the fridge to set then eat!
