Chocolate Protein Brownies

Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond meal
  • ¼ cup peanut butter ( smooth or chrunchy, or both)
  • 3-4 Tbsp Nuzest Clean Lean Protein in Rich Chocolate
  • 3 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Splenda / Stevia (as desired)
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 -2/3 cup of chocolate chips
  • Coconut oil for the oven tray

Method

Preheat your oven to 180C. Combine all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, until completely smooth. (Blender works well, but a food processer would be better). Stir in chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into a greased tray.  Bake for 16min. It will look underdone but that is okay. Let them cool down.
