Antioxidant Protein Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie Bowls are the deluxe of smoothies. Swapping your smoothie from a glass to a bowl means you can create a smoothie that is thick, creamy and can be topped with your favourite super foods and toppings. Adding additional goodness and creating a bowl of nutrient-dense deliciousness. Smoothie bowls are my favourite way to start the day (also perfect after a workout or even for lunch…really anytime of the day!). So grab your spoon and your appetite and try my Antioxidant Protein Smoothie Bowl, I promise this will be come a favourite.

  • 1/2 cup frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen Raspberries
  • 5 fresh Strawberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Scoop of Wild Strawberry NuZest Clean Lean Protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • 1 tsp Maqui powder
  • 1 tsp Camu Camu powder
  • 1/2 cup of Coconut water
  • Desired Toppings


Add all ingredients into a blender and process until thick and fluffy.
Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings.

Toppings: frozen or fresh berries, superfoods of your choice or add home-made muesli or granola.
