Wild Strawberry Bounty Slice
Just a little twist on an old favourite. I love coconut and I love the Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein. It just made sense to combine the two. This recipe is kid friendly (tested and approved), keto friendly and vegan. - Kerry Locitelli
2 cups Shredded Coconut
¾ cup Coconut Milk
100ml Coconut oil
1 tsp Vanilla
1 ½ Tbsp Xylitol
1 heaped Scoop Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein
Lindt Chocolate (I used 78% Dark Chocolate)
Extra Shredded Coconut
Blend the coconut milk, melted coconut oil, vanilla, Wild Strawberry Clean Lean Protein and xylitol.
Add the wet ingredients to the shredded coconut and mix well.
Press into a baking tray (to your desired thickness) and place in the fridge for an hour.
Melt the chocolate.
Once the bars have set, remove them from the fridge.
Drizzle with chocolate and sprinkle the dried strawberry and extra shredded coconut.
If you want more chocolate, dip the entire bar into the chocolate to coat.
