A delicious breakfast that is packed with immune boosting nutrients to set your kids up for a great day in school.

Mixing things up can be super fun for kids, especially when their breakfast is bright blue!  This is such a super simple breakfast to make, and better still, you make it the night before so your mornings are free to do other things... the kids can just grab their breakfast from the fridge and start eating.

Recipe by Kerry Locatelli BNat

  1. Blend the coconut milk, Kids Good Stuff, maple syrup (or xylitol) and blue spirulina together.
  2. Add the chia seeds and mix well.
  3. Let it stand for 5 mins and then mix again.
  4. After another 5 minutes, mix the chia seed pudding one more time, pour into glasses or a container and place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Serve with coconut yoghurt, fresh fruit or a sprinkling of muesli as desired. Enjoy!
