Vanilla Caramel Porridge
The best way to start the day, made with Vanilla Caramel Kids Good Sutff & Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein.
Ingredients
1 Serve Vanilla Caramel Kids Good Stuff (2 scoops)
½ Serve Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein (1 scoop)
1 Banana
2 tsp Flaxseeds
200ml Oat Milk
1 Heaped Tbsp *Kerry’s Homemade Nut Butter
1 Heaped Tbsp Peanut Butter
50g Oats
Optional Toppings:
Muesli
Sliced bananas
Melted chocolate
Peanut Butter
*Kerry’s Homemade Nut Butter:
1 cup Cashew Nuts
1 cup Almonds
½ cup Coconut Oil, melted
1 tsp Salt
What a way to start the day- this vanilla caramel porridge is a hit with kids and adults alike! Not only does it taste delicious, its packed with goodness. There is ample protein, good fats, complex carbohydrates and all the extra goodies Kids Good Stuff brings to the table. Method
Cook the oats in a pot- in just enough water (roughly 200ml).
Blend all the other ingredients together in a blender.
Once the oats are cooked, turn the heat right down and pour the blended ingredients into the pot and stir.
Let the contents warm through gently and serve with your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
Kerry's Homemade Nut Butter
Gently roast the cashew nuts and almonds til golden.
Blend the coconut oil, salt, cashew nuts and almonds in a blender or food processor.
Store in a glass jar.
