Smooth Iced Coffee
Summer months mean iced coffee to the rescue! This indulgent treat will satisfy every coffee lover and the fact that its packed with protein is an amazing bonus! Caffeine fix and protein hit all in one!

2 tsp Instant coffee (I use Moccona Indulgence)
2 tsp Xylitol, Erythritol or Sugar (I use Golden Brown Sweetener by Sweetnz-its Erythritol with a touch of molasses)
2 Tbsp Hot water (just boiled)
300ml Oat milk (or milk of choice)
1 Serve Clean Lean Protein Real Coffee
Combine the instant coffee, hot water and sweetener of choice in a medium sized bowl and beat using an electric handheld beater for about 5 mins (til its thick and creamy).
Blend the Clean Lean Protein, oat milk and a couple blocks of ice.
Pour into a glass with a couple more blocks of ice and spoon the dalgona whip on top.
Serve with a straw or spoon so that you can stir the whip into the iced coffee.
