Rich Chocolate Pancakes

Move over unhealthy stigma, these pancakes are packed with all the goodness and none of the guilt! Rich chocolate pancakes using Rich Chocolate Kids Good Stuff and they are oh so chocolatey! Make these for your kids breakfast or cool down for their lunch.... taste so good they wont know they are healthy.
Ingredients
1/2 cup Oatbran
4 tsp Cornflour
2 tsp Baking Powder
2/3 cup Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
2 serves Rich Chocolate Kids Good Stuff
2 Egg
2 Banana’s
1/3 cup Chocolate chips (we used dark chocolate, no added sugar)
2 Tbsp Almond Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
Pinch Salt
Method
Blend all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) together in a blender.
Once the ingredients are blended, add the chocolate chips and mix and with a spoon.
Cook pancakes over medium heat.
These are delicious served warm with Maple Syrup. They are also yummy cold and make a great addition to a school lunchbox.
