Vanilla Raspberry Protein Balls

Dairy Free Gluten Free Sugar Free Vegan

Talk about tasty! These babies are just too good to pass up. 

Vanilla and raspberry are just a match made in heaven! 

Ingredients

2 scoops Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein 

1 cup dates (soaked overnight)

1 cup cashews

1/2 cup gluten free oats

3 Tbsp LSA

1/2 cup coconut

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp of Himalayan rock salt

Topping: Freeze dried raspberries and coconut. 

Talk about tasty! These babies are just too good to pass up.

Method

1. Blend everything in a high speed blender or food processor.

2. Roll into balls and coat with raspberries and coconut. 

3. Store in the fridge or freezer
