Smooth Vanilla Protein Pikelets
Simple yet delicious! Protein pikelets, the cute version of pancakes. Bite sized and full of goodness.
Your friends and family will love them, so make sure to double the batch size.
2 eggs or egg replacement
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Coconut oil to cook with
Cut fruit to decorate
Pure maple syrup decorate
Blend everything together until a smooth mixture forms. Heat a pan and melt 1 tsp coconut oil. Spoon mixture on hot pan - flip when bubbles have formed on pikelets. Serve and top with your favourite fresh fruit and pure maple syrup.
