Delicious gluten-free alternative to the traditional pancake.
Full of goodness and extra protein to keep you fuller for longer.
1/3 cup gluten free oatbran
1 egg + 1 egg white
1 scoop Smooth Vanilla or Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
Cinnamon (as desired)
1 tsp gluten free baking powder
Coconut water (as much as you need to make it into a smooth dough)
1 Tbsp raw cacao powder (optional)
Oil for cooking
Any fruit you like for toppings
If you have a blender or food processor, mix all the ingredients together to a smooth liquid pancake mixture. Otherwise mash the banana with a fork and add the eggs in.
Then add oatbran, Clean Lean Protein, cinnamon, baking powder and coconut water.
Heat a non-stick pan and add the oil.
Add 1.5 Tbsp of the mixture into the pan.
Top with fruit or honey or anything you like. Enjoy :)
