A jar of Chia goodness! Who can resist the flavour profile of Neapolitan? 

Healthy fats and lots of protein. Such a good breakfast or lunch idea. 

Ingredients

2 Tbsp chia seeds

¾ cup milk of choice

1 dessert spoon cacao powder

1 heaped dessert spoon Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein 

2 Tbsp chia seeds

¾ cup milk of choice

1 cup berries (strawberries and raspberries work best) mashed/pureed

1 tsp pure vanilla essence

2 Tbsp chia seeds

¾ cup milk of choice

1 heaped dessert spoon of Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein

Method

1. Using three separate bowls, place the chia seeds, milk and flavourings into each separate bowl. Whisk the ingredients together using a fork and ensure they are well combined.

2. Place the bowls in the fridge overnight to set. 

3. In the morning, remove the bowls from the fridge. The chia puddings should be a thick gel-like consistency. 

4. Layer the puddings up in a jar or simply combine the three mixtures into a bowl and enjoy! 

5. Feel free to add any toppings you like, if fresh berries are in season then these are great, if not my favourite option of peanut butter is always delicious!
