My Favourite Green Smoothie

Dairy Free Gluten Free Sugar Free Vegan
A green smoothie that will rock your world! 

Ingredients

3 big handfuls of your favourite dark leafy greens (I normally use spinach and sometimes a bit of kale)

1 sliced frozen banana

1 sliced frozen courgette.

Sprinkle of cinnamon

1 serve Good Green Vitality

1 serve Rich Chocolate or Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein 

1 cup milk of choice

A green smoothie that will rock your world!

Method

1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

2. Blend until smooth, as you may need to adjust the amount of liquid you add to get your desired texture.
