Coffee Walnut Bliss Balls

Need a kick and a snack? Coffee Walnut Bliss Balls are where it's at! So delicious and such a good brain booster with protein, caffeine and healthy fats.
Ingredients
¾ cup sliced almonds
3 Tbsp. ground almonds
2 Tbsp. pine nuts
70 g chopped walnuts
1 cup Sunsweet prunes
2 Tbsp. instant coffee dissolved in 3 Tbsp. boiling water
2 Tbsp. Chia seeds
2 scoops Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
¾ cup desiccated coconut + extra to coat balls
Method
Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
Roll into balls and coat in the extra desiccated coconut.
Cool and store in fridge for up to a week.
