Coffee Coconut Slice

2 heaped scoops Coffee Coconut MCT's Clean Lean Protein
1 1/3 cup shredded coconut
1 cup raw nuts (mixed)
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup water
1. Blend coconut, nuts, protein and salt together until they form fine crumbs.
2. Add coconut oil while blending.
3. Slowly add water until the mixture becomes cookie-dough like.
4. Roll into balls or press into a lined square container, store in the fridge to set then eat!
