Chocolate Protein Chia Pot

Dairy Free Gluten Free Vegan
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or Dessert! This chocolate protein chia pot is bursting with flavour and satisfying goodness! A must try!

Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk

1 cup almond milk

1 1/2 Tbsp cacao powder

1 scoop of Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein 

1 banana

1 Tbsp pure maple syrup

4 Tbsp chia seeds

Freeze dried raspberries

Coconut flakes

Pumpkin seeds

Sliced almonds

Frozen or fresh blueberries

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or Dessert! This chocolate protein chia pot is bursting with flavour and satisfying goodness! A must try!


Method

1. Add all ingredients except the chia seeds into a high speed blender and process until smooth. 

2. Add the chia seeds and pulse a few times so the chia seeds are completely mixed through. 

3. Pour the mixture evenly into a glass or jar and set in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours. Once fully set add your toppings (you can top with superfoods of your choice).
