Chocolate Protein Chia Pot
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup almond milk
1 1/2 Tbsp cacao powder
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
4 Tbsp chia seeds
Freeze dried raspberries
Frozen or fresh blueberries
1. Add all ingredients except the chia seeds into a high speed blender and process until smooth.
2. Add the chia seeds and pulse a few times so the chia seeds are completely mixed through.
3. Pour the mixture evenly into a glass or jar and set in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours. Once fully set add your toppings (you can top with superfoods of your choice).
