Who doesn't love a chocolate brownie! Especially if it is packed with chocolate, protein and peanut butter!

You may want to hide them, these guilt free goodies are too good to share.

Ingredients

½ cup almond meal

¼ cup peanut butter ( smooth or chrunchy, or both)

3-4 Tbsp Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein 

3 Tbsp raw cacao powder

Pinch of salt

Splenda / Stevia (as desired)

1 Tbsp vanilla extract

½ tsp baking powder

1/3 -2/3 cup of chocolate chips

Coconut oil for the oven tray

Method

Preheat your oven to 180C. Combine all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, until completely smooth. (Blender works well, but a food processer would be better). Stir in chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into a greased tray.  Bake for 16min. It will look underdone but that is okay. Let them cool down.
