This mousse is so smooth and creamy and full of good fats from the avocados. It makes for an excellent alternative to traditional mousses. Your family members will not even pick it contains avocado!
3 medium bananas (one to serve)
1 ripe avocado
2 tsp. vanilla essence
2 Tbsp. raw cacao powder
Combine all ingredients in a food processor until well combined and a smooth consistency. Split mixture between two ramekins and leave to sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before consuming. Serve with the sliced banana on the top. Serves 2.
