Cauliflower Cacao Shake
Don't let the name put you off - cauliflower adds beautiful creaminess and some sneaky vegetables to this delicious chocolate milkshake! Recipe and photo from the amazing Amelia Watson - @kitchenofamelia
1 scoop Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
2 large frozen cauliflower florets
1 frozen banana
1 heaped dessert spoon of cacao powder
1 cup plant milk
Handful of ice
Optional: 1 tsp maca powder
Optional: spoonful of peanut butter
1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend. (Note: depending on whether you want a milkshake or thick shake you may need more liquid)
2. Top with your favourite shake toppings - cacao nibs and peanut butter are super yummy!
