Raspberry & Wild Strawberry Ambrosia
You will be walking on clouds eating this, it is so fluffy and creamy! Made using Wild Strawberry Kids Good Stuff, this is a super healthy twist to the original Ambrosia. Packed with nutrition and none of the bad stuff. Guilt free and oh so tasty!

1 Cup Frozen Raspberries
1 Cup chopped marshmallows (I used gluten free, dairy free and sugar free)
1 Serving Wild Strawberry Kids Good Stuff
150g Coconut Yoghurt
250g Coconut Cream (whipped)*
60g Chocolate (chopped)
Whip the Coconut Cream.
Mix the Wild Strawberry Kids Good Stuff into the Coconut Yoghurt and add to the whipped Coconut Cream.
Add all the other ingredients and mix well to combine.
This can be served straight away, but is even yummier if left in the fridge for a couple hours (or even overnight).
* The key to great whipped coconut cream is to put the can of coconut cream in the fridge overnight. Scoop out the cream and add this to a cold bowl (you can save the liquid portion for smoothies etc). Whip the coconut cream until it is nice and smooth.
