Rapid Recovery Smoothie
Such a quick and easy smoothie to make for your kids. It's tasty, creamy and full of goodness. Better yet, you can use any flavour Kids Good Stuff and it will still taste delicious. A new family favourite we think!
1 cup coconut water
1 serve Kids Good Stuff (any flavour works well here, choose your favourite!)
1/4 cup oats
1 tsp ground flax OR chia OR hemp seeds
1 tbsp Greek or coconut yoghurt
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
