Peanut Butter & Jam Smoothie

Dairy Free Gluten Free Vegan
A classic combo of flavours, made with Clean Lean Protein Rich Chocolate or Smooth Vanilla.


1 Serve Clean Lean Protein Rich Chocolate (or Smooth Vanilla)

1 Cup Frozen Raspberries

2 Tbsp Peanut Butter (I love the crunchy Pics Peanut Butter)

300ml Oat Milk (or any milk of choice)

Decadent dollops:

1 Tbsp Raspberry Chia Seed Jam 

1 tsp peanut butter

Calling all peanut butter lovers- this is a classic combination of flavours. This smoothie feels decadent, all the while its nourishing you with easy to digest, absorb and utilize protein; satiating and energy providing fat; and protective antioxidants and nutrients.

Blend all the ingredients together ‘til smooth and creamy. 

Add the raspberry chia seed jam and the tsp of peanut butter to the bottom of your glass and pour the smoothie over. 

Have a spoon handy so that you can easily enjoy the delicious dollops at the end of your smoothie.
